One.org together with Praekelt Consulting launched a campaign to engage for change inside Eskimi and used Eskimi data collection platform to drive petitions. ESKIMI users were invited to sign a petition for a one.org campaign to fight poverty with growing agriculture in Africa.

146’000 petitions were signed inside Eskimi over the period of 3 months. Users agreed to leave their contact information for further engagement by one.org. Client reached a goal of collecting petitions and gained a data base of active caring users to engage in their future campaigns for change.

Eskimi promoted the campaign through Offer wall, Display media, Fanclub.

As a side effect of the campaign, One.org gained 161’000 fans inside One.org fan club on Eskimi which created another channel to communicate to their users even after the campaign. Fan clubs provide a unique and cost effective opportunity to do this, since posts after the campaign are totally free and their reach the whole audience.
